Blueberry Muffin Healthy Oat Smoothie
Ingredients:
-1 /2c Old-Fashioned Oats
-1 1/2c frozen blueberries
-1c vanilla yogurt
-1/2c milk (any milk you like)
-1tbs honey
-1/4tsp pure vanilla extract
-1/4tsp ground cinnamon
1. Measure oats into blender. Blend until ground into a fine powder.
2. Add frozen fruit, vanilla yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla, & cinnamon. Blend until completely smooth.
3. Enjoy!

Oats & Berries Smoothie

Ingredients:
-1/2c + 2tbs Old-Fashioned Oats
-1c homemade juice (I used Apple, Pear, Cucumber & Carrot)
-1/4c Fresh Cranberries
-2handfuls Mixed Berries
-3/4tbs Lemon
-1/8tsp cinnamon

1. Blend all ingredients & enjoy!

Wheat Grass Veggie Boost
(Makes 16 oz.)
Ingredients:
-3 handfuls kale
-1 handful watermelon chunks
-1/2 English cucumber
-1 lg. carrot
-slice of ginger
-1 scoop Organic Wheat Grass
1. Juice first 5 ingredients.
2. Blend juice & wheat grass in blender. Enjoy!

“Just Juice” Morning Boost

(Makes ~16 oz.)
Ingredients:
-2 handfuls kale
-2 handfuls watermelon chunks
-1/2 English cucumber
-1 banana
-1 peach
-slice of ginger
1. Juice all ingredients.
2. Enjoy!

K.O.C.A. Smoothie
Ingredients:
-1 c. fresh kale
-1 orange, juiced
-1/2 cucumber, sliced
-1 apple, juiced
1. Blend all ingredients.
2. Enjoy!

Banana Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:
-1/2 c. frozen mango chunks
-1 small ripe banana, peeled (~1/2 c.)
-1 c. plain yogurt (Greek or Regular)
-1-2 tbs. agave nectar
-1 tbs. chia seeds
1. add mango, banana, yogurt & chia to a blender & pulse until ingredients are well blended.
2. taste for sweetness & add agave nectar as needed.
3. enjoy!

Blood Boost
Ingredients:
-1 small beet
-2 carrots
-3/4 c. cranberries
-1 medium piece ginger root
-1 large orange
1. juice all ingredients in juicer.
2. mix well.
3. enjoy!

Green Machine Smoothie
Ingredients:
-1 small cucumber
-3 celery stalks
-1 handful spinach
-1 tsp. chia seeds
-1 small piece ginger
-1 green pear
-3 kale leaves
1. juice cucumber, celery, ginger & pear
2. blend kale, spinach, chia seeds & juice in blender.
3. mix well & enjoy.

Morning Energy
Ingredients:
-1 banana
-1/2 c. almond milk
-2 tbsp. almond butter
-1 tsp. cinnamon
-1/4 tsp. nutmeg
-1/2 scoop raw protein powder
1. mix all ingredients in blender for 20 seconds.
2. enjoy!

Healthy Snack
Ingredients:
-1 green apple
-1 red apple
-1 green pear
-1 tbs. cinnamon
-1/4 tsp. nutmeg
-1/2 pk. honey ginger
1. juice apples and pear.
2. blend with cinnamon, nutmeg & honey ginger for 10 seconds.
3. enjoy!

Banana Nut Smoothie
Ingredients:
-1 small banana
-2 tbs. almond butter
-2/3 c. almond milk
-1/2 tbs. cinnamon
-1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Enjoy! 🙂


Cinnamon Surprise!
Ingredients:
-1 Granny Smith apple
-1 Fuji apple
-1 pear
-1 tsp. nutmeg
-1/2 tbs. cinnamon
-1/2 tsp. Ginger Honey crystals

1. Juice apples and pear using a juicer.
2. Add nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger honey crystals to juice.
3. Stir until there are no cinnamon chunks.
4. Enjoy! 🙂


Strawberry & Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
-1 c unsweetened almond milk
-6 oz Greek yogurt, plain
-1 c strawberries, diced
-½ banana
-½ tsp vanilla extract

1. Add almond milk, yogurt, fruits and vanilla extract to a blender and pulse until ingredients are well blended.
2. Enjoy! 🙂
