Chia Seed Gel

CHIA SEEDS: Full of fiber, protein, micronutrients, and essential fatty acids. And won’t alter the taste of your smoothies.



1/4 c Chia Seeds
1 c Water

What to Do:

  • Place both ingredients in a mason jar or container. Stir until all chia seeds are in water.
  • Let sit for at least 2 hours (I recommend overnight).
  • Use a spoonful in smoothies, shakes, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. ENJOY!

NOTE: This gel will last for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
