I couldn’t find a better name for this tasty treat. Stumbled upon it when I was looking for a late night snack. I just combined these few ingredients & my taste buds thanked me for it. Try. Share. Repeat.
BENEFITS: Fiber, Antioxidants, Vitamin C, Manganese, Potassium, Vitamin K, Magnesium, Iron, Calcium, and much more!
- 3-4 Strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 – 1 c plain Yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp Honey
- Cinnamon, to taste
What To Do:
- Pour Yogurt in a small bowl & place Strawberries on top.
- Drizzle Honey over Strawberries & Yogurt. Sprinkle Cinnamon, as desired.
- OPTIONAL: Stir ingredients together.
- Enjoy 🙂
