Cran-Lemon Mango Smoothie

Here’s another tasty smoothie to help you through the day!

BENEFITS: Vitamins C, B6, A, E, & K, Omega-3 fatty acids and more.

Ingredients:

  • 8oz Cranberry juice
  • 1 handful Power Green Mix (Kale, Chard, Spinach)
  • 1/4 of a Lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 Cucumber
  • 1 handful frozen Mango
  • 1 medium-sized piece of Ginger
  • 1 tsp Flax seed

What To Do:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender & blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy 🙂
