Rainbow Chard Ginger Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1″ fresh Ginger, peeled
  • 6oz Rainbow Chard
  • 1 sweet Apple (Gala, Fuji, Honey Crisp)
  • 1tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1c frozen Mango
  • 3/4c filtered Water

What To Do:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender & blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy 🙂
