Andréa’s B.B. Shake

Ingredients:

-1 cup Cranberry juice
-1 handful Green Leaves (spinach, kale, chard, etc.)
-1 Lemon wedge
-1/2 container of your favorite Soy Yogurt (5.3 oz container)
-1 tsp Chia seeds

What To Do:

1. Place all ingredients in blender & enjoy!
Feel free to add protein to your shake.
